When should we start tutoring?

Do you tutor both higher and foundation tiers?

How long are the sessions?
Sessions are either 45 minutes or 60 minutes long.
Do you set homework?
Yes, if requested. Homework reinforces the work covered and helps develop independent study skills.
What if my child hates English/Maths?
This is common! We specialise in working with reluctant learners. By making sessions engaging and breaking concepts down into small, manageable steps, students quickly gain confidence and start enjoying their progress.
How much does it cost?

Can you help with exam technique?
Absolutely. Many students know the content but lose marks because of poor time management or weak exam skills. We provide timed practice, feedback, and proven strategies for success.
Do we have to commit to a minimum time period?
No. The first session is a get to know each other session, your tutor assesses the student's needs and plans for future sessions accordingly. If you are happy to continue, sessions are booked and paid for monthly in advance. You can stop tutoring at any time for whatever reason with at least 24 hours notice.
